That Seventies Chapter
For a chapter of ANY OTHER FLAME...
I need your favorite expressions of American slang from the 1970's. I've found a few websites, but they range too broadly through the decades (at least, according to my memory of the 1970's - ach, I'm old! :-) ) I've also poked around on the website of THAT SEVENTIES SHOW, but it was surprisingly unhelpful. Feel free to comment with slang left by others - if I realize that certain terms are most common, they'll be more likely to figure into this crazy chapter.
Oh - and when you know that a manuscript is due "in June"? It's a good idea to double-check whether that's June 1 or June 30. Um, in case 30 days of writing time would actually make a difference in your writing schedule, or anything... :-)
