it's a silly, raucous, but pretty bird, so if you're a prize galah, you're kinda a dimwitted airhead.

The mojitos sound divine. Would that be a white or dark rum, and i'm assuming unspiced is the way to go?

I'm from a nation, and family, of drinkers, so new ways to imbibe are always appreciated. ;)

actually not so much an airhead.. more like foolish. yeah that's it foolish.

Sometimes explaining slang is SO hard, especially when the usage is so ingrained that I don't even think about the meaning of it, i just know what it means and when it's appropriate to use it. Most often I can find comparisons though, luckily.

The mojito recipe is made with white rum. Although I can imagine a spiced rum variation... maybe cutting the lime juice with orange?

Mindy, wishing she were whipping up a pitcher in the kitchen, rather than working :-)
