Arabic, Anyone?

Does anyone here speak Arabic?

I believe that the word "muna" (please pardon the lousy transliteration) means "wish".  I'm trying to confirm that, along with figuring out the pronunciation.  Is it myoo'-nuh?  myoo'-nah?  moo'nuh?  moo'nah?  Something else?

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

Comments

Muna is the plural of munyah, so it means "wishes" or "desires". A simple approximation of the pronunciation would be moo-nah (with the oo like that in 'boot').
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Are you on the BroadsBar yahoo group? A couple of gals there should know. If not try joysofresearch AT yahoogroups DOT com.
